How To Take

—Pills : Take 9 pills in a day, preferably divide into 3 times  ( ex. after every meal) with water

—Powder: Take 3/10 teaspoon a day, preferably divide into 3 times (for better absorption)

—Preservation: Avoid direct sun, high temperature and humidity, and save it at normal temperature

What is the difference between Spring turmeric and general turmeric?

General turmeric  contains more curcumin than our spring turmeric. However, Spring turmeric has rich in minerals, dietary fiber also variety of  useful essential oils. If you want to take more benefits of curcumin, take general turmeric and if your purpose is to maintain good health overall, we recommend spring turmeric.

Is that ok to take more than fixed amount?

It is a health food. If it is not extreme, it is OK to change the amount as needed.  Our intake standard is much smaller so we are going to raise our standard in future.  However, this is NOT many is better thing, so please follow our recommended amount and do not take excessively

What if I miss taking it

As it is not medicine, there is no definitive rule. Most important thing is to continue daily, so you can make your own rule based on your daily routine. Usually before or after meal is easier for many people

Is it safe for my conditions?
